1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs (for international orders), or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability, where offered, will be indicated at checkout, and customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, which will be active within 24–48 hours.
5. Shipping Errors
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for orders shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nordvine.store if you notice an error in your shipping information.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Nordvine is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided, but marked lost or stolen by the customer. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at contact@nordvine.store and we will do our best to assist.
7. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging at contact@nordvine.store, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
